5. Account Suspension & Closure Policy — When Can an Account Be Closed?
Temporary Account Suspension
Spin44max reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account under any of the following circumstances: evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity; failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe; or evidence of multiple accounts being operated from the same device or IP address. Permanent Account Closure
Accounts will be permanently closed in cases of serious rule violations, repeated fraud attempts, submission of fake identification, money laundering, or harassment of other users. Upon permanent closure, any legitimate balance in the account may be returned following verification; however, funds linked to fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
